Delete your account and data
Orbital ArsenalHow to request deletion of your “Orbital Arsenal” game account (developer: Yannick Gardt) and all associated data.
Directly in the game: Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT, confirm and type “delete”. The account is deleted immediately.
Or by email:
- In the game, open Settings (gear icon) and tap COPY ID to copy your account ID.
- Send an email to play@bommel24.de with the subject “Account deletion” and your account ID.
- We confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your game account, the link to your device ID, game progress, inventory, cards, gear, in-game currencies, season pass and event progress, and server logs related to your account.
What is kept
Records of in-app purchases are kept only as long as statutory retention periods require (e.g. tax law) and are deleted afterwards. Purchased content is lost when the account is deleted.
